We provide services like formation of new entities like private limited companies, LLPs, prior consultation, registration under GST, Profession tax, income tax. We manage tax compliances like TDS computation, payments, filing TDS returns, GST returns, Income tax returns. We also offer regular accounting services, carry out internal and statutory audits, filings under Companies Act.

What do you specialize in?

We specialise in providing tax services to Non Resident Indians besides all the services described above. We cater to NRI clients located in various parts of the world who often approach us for filing tax returns, consultation while selling their properties located in India including availing Lower TDS certification u/s 197. We also provide tax filing services to   individuals and business entities based in United Kingdom.

What are the rates of your services?

We provide estimation of charges based on scope of work and estimate of time requirements as per ICAI guidelines.

Are you licensed?

Our firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

What are your terms and conditions?

For new clients we may charge a percentage advance before commencing work and also require kyc documents.

Depending on your location we can arrange a face to face meeting at our office in Pune or an online meeting. We prefer appointments over walk in visitors.
